Cut, Score, & Engrave Starting settings

  • These are starting points for cutting.  Although the machines should be the same, different settings work differently for different machines.

  • It is best to create custom settings for your material.  We will in some cases provide custom settings that have worked well with our machine.

  • The general starting point for ENGRAVING is: 1000 speed/FULL power

  • The general starting point for SCORING is: 300 speed/ 40 power

***Please note that as Glowforge has made updates, in some cases the cut settings are affected***
